I’m all sad about B.C. losing it’s funding, but it still offers more support for art than its neighbors to the South. In B.C., artists are PAID to participate in shows. Yes! Radical idea! Artists don’t just say thanks tons, they are paid. Could that be why B.C. artists who sell less than a kid with a lemonade stand achieve international standing? Just asking. Money well spent, B.C. Don’t follow the U.S. model and insist on spending it on prisons instead. Boy, do we support prisons.
