Hate to be a nitpicker but I have some of Hopkins rhythms beating in my blood and the second line is missing a syllable; it should read:
“World broods with warm breast and with ah! bright wings.”
Then the rhythm springs! Or sprungs. Remarkable line, too; all monosyllabic words.
