I’m not attempting to throw water on Sam’s bubble parade but a few years ago I did a couple of showings with a local group that went by the name of SOAP(Seattle Outsider artist project). As a perpetual outsider, their name intrigued me and I was happy to show with them, first at one of the hangars in Magnusen Park and then a year later at the Youngstown building on Deldridge. Nice group of young folks and I wonder if they are still active?
