From George Chacona via Devon Cannon:
From Charles Krafft, occasional poet:
GOD TOLD ME TO GIVE YOU THE FINGER
God told the Jews to leave Egypt.
He told the Mormons to go to Salt Lake City,
Set up a giant choir, and a 7up bottling plant.
Then God told me to give you the finger
The next time I saw you.
It is not that God is angry with you,
You cannot anger God.
It’s just that
He wants to be sure
You still believe in miracles.
Nice to see something from Chacona- what is he up to.Any shoes coming up?
Like you, I await his reentry. Regina
I am trying to locate a source of some older prints that George Chacona created in the eighties and nineties. I saw them exhibited at the William Traver gallery in downtown Seattle, but can’t seem to locate any reference to them at this point. ANy suggestions for how to track them down?
Thank you very much.

I just won some old promotion postcards for George Chacona gallery shows. Would like to know more about him. Thanks, Julie
Many would like to know more about him, Julie. He’s not talking. Nothing (much) of his is online. Does he want to give his work a chance to go on without him? So far, he’d prefer not to.
