My friend and sometimes Blog Comment Nemesis Judd Greenstein just sent me the following comment from “Classical Musings,” critic Andrew Druckenbrod’s blog for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:
“Andrew, your idea is interesting and makes some sense to me. Shoot, I wish Hilary Hahn were bringing the Schoenberg Concerto here in May rather than the Sibelius (and I love the Sibelius concerto). I am concerned that, at 51, I may never get a chance to hear the Schoenberg Violin concerto played live. So programing a 75 year old piece would count as adventurous here?”

So perhaps my “If You Died Today” marketing campaign idea was not, in fact, so ridiculous!
Stick with me, team.

This is sort of flattering/exciting, because I have always wanted to be someone’s Nemesis, but I will admit that I was hoping for a slightly sexier modifier than “Blog Comment”.
Anyway, Hilary should totally make the PSO play the Schoenberg as an encore, because that guy needs to hear it, for real.
Also, your “recaptcha” thing below says “bosoms” right now.
Fine. “Sometimes Blog Comment Nemesis and Recaptcha Sexual Harasser Judd Greenstein.” -AA
