Pianist
william osborne says
“It is a massive, visionary work in 24 parts, and it deals with heroism, passion, loss, grief, and ultimately triumph.” It is always good to see young composers take a modest approach to their work – a true sign of the self-knowledge imparted by the Yale School of Music..
It made me curious about the composer whose Wiki entry I read in spite of the insulting warning caption: “This article contains content that is written like an advertisement. Please help improve it by removing promotional content and inappropriate external links, and by adding encyclopedic content written from a neutral point of view.”
Wiki clearly doesn’t understand the new entrepreneurial spirit of American classical music.
