About Patrick McIntyre
Patrick McIntyre is a faculty member of the Salzburg Global Forum for You Cultural Leaders. He has worked extensively across the Australian arts scene in managerial, marketing and business development roles. He has recently been appointed executive director of Sydney Theatre Company and works with the board of directors and artistic directors Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton in leading and developing one of the world's busiest theater organizations. Prior to joining Sydney Theatre Company, he was associate executive director of The Australian Ballet. Other key positions held include CEO of Sydney Film Festival and marketing manager of Sydney Opera House Trust and Sydney Dance Company. In addition to his arts career, he is also a freelance writer, published in many Australian magazines. Mr. McIntyre holds a B.A. in communications for the University of Technology, Sydney.
