The Miles Davis Quintet plays “No Blues” on The Steve Allen Show. The other musicians are Herbie Hancock on piano, Wayne Shorter on tenor saxophone, Ron Carter on bass, and Tony Williams on drums. This program was originally telecast on September 10, 1964, six days after Shorter joined the group:
