- Record of achievement and growth in arts or event marketing, including leadership experience in a complex marketing department with a multi-person staff that operates on a high level of excellence.
- Experience with event sales, ticketing, pricing, and inventory management, preferably in the performing arts.
- Great team player, pro-active and responsive. CMS operates collaboratively, living by the same principles as chamber music.
- Proven success managing multi-channel subscription and single ticket campaigns for both live and online performance seasons.
