Considered one of the premier youth choral programs in the nation, Northwest Choirs provides world-class musical education and performance opportunities that serve as a platform for personal growth and development. Now in our 50th year, we have trained thousands of young singers, and more significantly, shaped the lives of our members by instilling important life lessons. We serve approximately 200 singers ages 5 to 18, from all corners of the Puget Sound region. We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative leader who believes in our mission. Strong candidates will be excellent communicators, have direct or relatable non-profit management experience, have high standards, and have a vision for building on our legacy and increasing our sustainability.
The Executive Director will start approximately Spring/Summer 2025. The salary range is $120,000-$150,000 and includes a full benefits package.
