Judge Okun granted petition to intervene to nine of the 19 potential intervenors of @savethecorcoran, incl. current students and faculty.

Judge Okun tells Corcoran that in upcoming hearing, he expects further justification of mergers as path forward for gallery and school.

A Save the Corcoran source tells me that those allowed by the judge to intervene in the case are eight students and one faculty member.
CORRECTION: The D.C. Attorney General’s office has now informed me that “the Court granted the motion to intervene as to 7 current students, one current faculty and one current staff member. The motion was denied as to the other individuals and as to Save the Corcoran as an organization.
It looks like I was wrong the courtroom drama is on.

Monday, 2-4:45 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 a.m.–4:45 p.m.; Thursday, 10.a.m.-3 p.m. It will be in Moultrie Courthouse—Room 317, 500 Indiana Ave. NW.
